- Oversee daily fit-out operations, ensuring work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Direct and manage subcontractors and laborers, ensuring clear communication of tasks and efficient workflow.
- Inspect work regularly to maintain compliance with design drawings and safety regulations.
- Allocate materials, tools, and equipment effectively to support project timelines and requirements.
- Address on-site issues promptly and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve challenges as they arise.
