- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior and fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to identify project requirements and scope.
- Conduct market research to gather pricing information for materials and services to ensure competitive estimates.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to clarify requirements and present estimates effectively.
- Assist in preparing bids and tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines.

- Male, 40 years od and below
