A leading renovation company is actively recruiting a Technical assistant to be based in Dubai.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Follow up with calls;
- Making documents;
- Work with AutoCad;
- Assisting NOCs as NOC and technical assistance.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering;
- Know about structural and MEP system;
- 3 to 4 year GCC experience in construction or fit out;
- Strong communication and technical writing skills;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Have your own driving license;
- English level no lower than medium (knowing of Arabic and Russian is an advantage);
- Quantity surveying will be an advantage.
