We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Retention Agent for a leading international brokerage company expanding into Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to join a prominent firm and work with top professionals. In this role, you will develop and maintain client relationships, guide clients on capital market opportunities, and instruct them on using the trading platform. Help us empower and expand our presence in Dubai's financial market!


Responsibilities:


• Develop and manage a client portfolio, recruit new clients, and retain existing ones;

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities;

• Achieve ambitious sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service;

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies;

• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to pinpoint growth opportunities;

• Document all interactions and transactions in CRM systems.


Qualifications:


• At least 2 years of experience in telephone sales, preferably within the Financial industry;

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships;

• Strong understanding of financial products and services;

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills;

• Proficiency in English and Hindi;

• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Working hours: 09:00–19:00, Full-time, On-site
