Sales Executive - Facility Management & Interior Fit-Out Renovation

As a Sales Executive at Qubello Facility Management LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and generating new business for our facility management and interior fit-out renovation services. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new client opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the facility management and interior fit-out renovation sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Utilize your knowledge of facility management and interior fit-out renovation to provide expert advice and solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client queries and issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in facility management or interior fit-out renovation sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: A background in facility management or a related technical field is advantageous
