The Medical Sales Administrator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing:Process sales orders via email, phone, or online systems.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled effectively and on time.
  • Customer Service:Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Sales Support:Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Support promotional activities and trade shows.
  • Data Management:Maintain and update sales and customer databases.
  • Develop monthly sales reports and analyze sales data.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Coordination:Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to streamline sales operations.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus.
