We are recruiting a skilled and detail-oriented Payments Specialist for our client, a prominent financial firm, focusing on the Indian market. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who want to take their career to the next level while making a significant impact in the payments domain.

Responsibilities:


• Handle financial transactions using various payment methods;

• Monitor transactions through different merchants and payment providers;

• Collaborate with multiple departments and report to management on payment operations;

• Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve any issues related to payments;

• Design and monitor reports to track the performance of different payment methods;

• Develop new workflows to increase efficiency across the department.


Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal;

• In-depth understanding of Indian Payment Methods and Providers;

• At least 1+ years of experience in online payments or 3+ years in a similar role within the FX or Crypto industry;

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability;

• A logical, data-driven mindset;

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
