Major Accountabilities
▪ Plans manpower schedules in order to achieve Warehouse Productivity and On Time Performance targets;
▪ Organizes manpower and resources in order to achieve 100 % Service Level;
▪ Assists the Operations Manager in executing programs and policies of DQMP, ISO and Baseline Process in order to achieve 100 % compliance;
▪ Coordinates to all concerned departments in balancing inbound and outbound schedules in order to optimize storage space, available manpower, loading docks and material handling equipment;
▪ Manages the Warehouse Management System in order to achieve 100 % Inventory Accuracy, matches with Oracle Systems and minimize product expiration;
▪ Leads and trains warehouse personnel in order to achieve high performance appraisal rating;
▪ Assists in managing warehouse operating cost in order to achieve cost per case target;
▪ Coordinates with Group Facility Manager in ensuring the whole DC warehouse especially the cold storage facility is compliant to McDonald’s food safety and system;
▪ Recommends improvements to achieve operational excellence and reduce operating cost;
▪ Other jobs that maybe assigned;

Qualifications
Physical and Behavioral Competencies
• University degree Major in Business Science
• With at least 3 years of experience as a Manager in the field warehousing and distribution operations of FMCG products, QSR products are an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills
• Good analytical thinking
• Excellent in communication skills
• Good in negotiation skills
Technical Competencies
Other Requirements
• 5-year knowledge ins and outs of WMS systems;
• Sufficient knowledge in MS excel and other MS office applications.
At least 2 years’ experience in supervisingcold storage warehouse and distribution.
