Sales Supervisor - Spare Parts

Overview of the role:

Responsible for growing OEM and IAM part sales to big Government entities and with additional responsibility to monitor reporting personnel in the designated region. Maintain the smooth and efficient operations of the business with responsibility for achieving the OEM, IAM parts, tyres and batteries business growth objectives for the defined customer and region base as well as stakeholder relationship management. 

 

What you will do:

  • To achieve and exceed sales & gross margin targets. 
  • To build good rapport with existing customers and develop new business opportunities with said customers. Maintain enquiry tracking system and manage projects to growth resolution 
  • Monitoring performance of personnel reporting to achieve the Key deliverables.
  • Ensuring Forecast sheet is updated by customer wise.
  • Building strong relationships on all interaction levels with the customers in the portfolio
  • Ensuring all customers in the portfolio, have a digital growth trajectory in line with AFG values and vison
  • Ensuring the payments are collected and posted in system on time by all FSEs. And payment queries and concerns resolved soonest
  • Regularly visits to customers in portfolio and ensure company standard of customer service levels are exceeded
  • Monitoring competitor’s supplier actions and report timely to Regional Manager
  • Provide regular management reports and feedback to Regional Manager and Head Of Business
  • Support timeously in the event of contracts, tenders, pricing updates
  • Report market counterfeit activities to brand protection team 


Skills

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • High level of selling skills in the context of parts sales to large accounts (B2B)
  • Government and Fleet experience, IAM parts experience
  • Financial & Market(s) knowledge
  • Supervisory experience.

 

About The Team:

The role will report to the Regional Manager. You will be working in a dynamic and busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with both internal and external customers.

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Strong communication skills, a confident decision maker and be able to influence others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.
