  • Collects and compiles HR matrix and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
  • Coordinates and leads the implementation of new HR initiatives, including training, development, recruiting, and other related programs.
  • Creates data-driven reports on recruitment, retention, and compliance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • Gather HR data from different sources, such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, and government labor statistics, and compile them into a comprehensive report.
