Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Customer Experience Management and Customer Journey Mapping: Experience in customer journey mapping techniques, and using these maps to improve customer experience, and an understanding of end-to-end customer interactions.

Driving Improvements: Experience with different feedback mechanisms, analytical skills, and how they translate insights into actionable strategies that align with market demands.

Innovation: Understanding different types of CRM to impact customer satisfaction and loyalty
