What you’ll do:


As the People & Talent Partner you will play a strategic role in driving all people matters for noon minutes operations teams. You will lead and manage all aspects of People operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR governance. You will partner and report to the Senior Manager, People & Talent to align People initiatives with business objectives and foster a culture of high standards and innovation.


  • Support across all People Experience functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Coordinators.
  • Ensure all matters relating to our Rider and Fleet teams are handled in line with company policy and UAE labor law.
  • Support team members to achieve hiring & onboarding targets.
  • Drive the annual performance management processes and ensure appraisals and reviews are recorded to meet set standards.
  • Collaborate with facilities & asset management teams to ensure living & working conditions meet the expectations of the business.
  • Be the point of escalation for employee relation-related matters, dealing with investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and any issues that impact performance.
  • Responsible for managing people dashboards and budgets.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
  • Lead the team to operate with high standards, comply with audit requirements, and proactively project manage any audit corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other People Business Partners (Managers) on company-wide initiatives.


What you’ll need:


  • At least 5 years within HR & Talent Acquisition
  • Experience supporting Operations, CS, Fleet or Logistics employee populations previously.
  • Previous experience working within a logistics/ fleet business environment is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law. KSA labor law is also an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and find effective solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the business.
  • Proven efficiency in dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong bias for action.
  • Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license & open to visit multiple hubs.
  • Regional travel will be required.
