Perfect Line LLC is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their Dubai office.

We are in need of a highly organized and proactive individual to provide crucial administrative support for the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong customer-centric approach.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and organize executives’ schedules, encompassing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in coordinating office procedures to ensure optimal organizational performance.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely responses and assistance.
  • Assist with payroll, invoicing, and pertinent financial tasks as necessary.
  • Support the team by undertaking various administrative duties, including data entry and inventory supervision.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.

Requirements

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities, including effective prioritization of tasks.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Exhibit discretion and uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
