Job Description:
- Analyze drawings, conduct site visits, and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with detailed specifications, ensuring all project aspects are considered.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements using estimation tools and models.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to gather pricing for various project elements and integrate these into the overall project cost.
- Compile and present detailed cost estimates, along with special reports, to the executive team, providing insights into project trends and costs.
- Lead the estimation team, improve estimation processes, and ensure timely and accurate project costings.
Qualifications:
- Male, 45 years old and below
- At least 5 years of experience in interior fit-out
- Valid UAE driver's license and car is an advantage
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
