We offer state-of-the-art equipment, a variety of classes, and a supportive, welcoming environment. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Sales Person.

Skills

Reception Duties:

• Greet members and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage member check-ins and ensure they have access to the gym.
• Handle phone calls and emails, answering inquiries or directing them as needed.
• Schedule appointments for personal training sessions, classes, and consultations.
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized.

Sales Duties:

• Proactively engage with potential members, giving tours of the gym and explaining membership options.
• Meet monthly sales targets by selling gym memberships, personal training packages, and other services.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective members and clients through follow-ups.
• Assist in promoting special events, challenges, and other gym-related activities.
• Process membership payments and handle inquiries about billing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally within a fitness or health-related environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in basic IT systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
