Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Secretary to support our team in the construction and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and project managers.
  • Organize and maintain project files, contracts, blueprints, and other important documents.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and project timelines.
  • Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and other financial documentation.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as required

Skills

  • Well-versed in using appropriate vocabulary and body language while interacting with others.
  • Proficient in maintaining good relations with all the employees ranging from top management to ground workers.
  • Skilled professional with adequate knowledge of digital Office suite and general fundamentals of computing.
  • Ability to understand the existing issues of team members, coming up with practical solutions.
  • Certified or professional command of Microsoft products like Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Adept at managing several tasks in a prescribed timeframe using strategic methods and a well-defined timetable.
