Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their reservation inquiries and provide accurate information regarding availability, rates, and policies.
- Process reservations and bookings through our reservation software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of customer requests.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve reservation processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
