To work closely with the Business Development (BD) team to conduct sales, advertising, market research, production, and distribution. The role involves providing support for marketing teams and campaigns, including tasks such as managing social media accounts, coordinating press releases, and assisting with promotional activities. This position combines administrative and creative tasks aimed at driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Convert leads into sales by addressing client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Bring in new customers and grow revenue for the company.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in conducting market research to support the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
- Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports to senior management.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including creating copy, managing social media posts, scheduling, testing, and database management.
- Organize presentations and events, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
- Coordinate press releases and promotional activities to boost product and brand awareness.
- Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing, sales, and office support materials.
- Assist with organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and managing other marketing-related tasks.
