Sales Executive - Emirati

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to represent Tramontina in the Kalba, Khor Fakkan, and Dibba areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the region. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement, where office presence is only required during Sales Meetings.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned areas.
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase sales and market presence.
  • Promote and sell Tramontina products to retailers and distributors.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in Sales Meetings as required.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.


Skills

  • UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid UAE driving license and available vehicle.
