6. Coordinate with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely execution of

shipments, resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and sales achieved. Provide

regular reports and forecasts to management regarding sales performance.

8. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide information on shipping options, track shipments, and

resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or documentation.

9. Promotion of Services: Promote the company's shipping services (air, sea, and land) to a diverse range of

industries, including manufacturing, retail, and international trade.

10. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all client transactions are compliant with international shipping

regulations and that proper documentation (such as customs forms, bills of lading) is accurately prepared.

11. Collaboration with Global Partners: Work with international partners, agents, and carriers to coordinate

shipments across multiple regions.

12. Client Visits: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients to understand their shipping needs

and demonstrate the company’s solutions.

13. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, or

annual basis.
