Linev Systems is a leading provider of innovative security technology solutions. We are widen our operations in Dubai and seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to join our team and expand sales of X-Ray Equipment for people, baggage and cargo screening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet or exceed company sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on government and corporate clients in the security and technology sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, generate a bid tender.
  • Collaborate harmoniously with the purchase, service, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines.

Take full ownership of the sales closure cycle through to cash realization, achieving mutual success across all departments.

  • Work closely with clients during the deal process and post-deal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Negotiate deal terms and thoroughly understand contract stipulations to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage all documentation related to sales, including quotations, sales orders and order verifications.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows, such as Intersec, Arab Health, ISNR, and the World Police Summit, to promote our products and network with potential clients.
  • Undertake business trips to expand opportunities in the MENA region and establish new partnerships.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales of X-Ray Equipment, particularly in the security sector.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and technology solutions.
  • Good analytical skills to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite; knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
