Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at Revive Spa in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Assistant will be responsible for assisting with daily spa operations, scheduling appointments, managing inventory, providing customer support, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Time Management, and Organizational skills
- Experience in the beauty and wellness industry
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of spa treatments and procedures
- Detail-oriented and attentive to client needs
- Certification in Spa Management or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English
