Abou this job:

• The Civil Supervisor provides guidance to construction crews in order to assure the proper, efficient and timely completion of construction projects.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills with employees, clients and management.
• Ensures that safety and risk management practices are followed in the performance of all work.
• Ensures all construction work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
• Utilize labor, materials, supplies and equipment in an efficient manner.
• Organize work to ensure efficient use of resources and to meet work completion deadlines.
• Delegate daily assignments to crew and provide direction and coordination with sub-contractors as needed within productivity.
• Ensuring daily ordering materials and equipment needed for installation.
• Assure installation meets compliance with the project plans and specifications
• Trains and promotes the development of crew members in the best practices of construction.
• Monitors all tools, equipment and machinery on site.
• Tracks and records all job expenses which include materials and hours worked.
• Professionally represents the company at all times and attend project meetings as required.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the project manager.
• Follow the rules and regulation according to the company policy.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or any relevant field.

Min 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
