DESCRIPTION:
• Outlines quality control procedures and policies
• Oversees implementation of quality control procedures, understanding of quality 3rd party audits & governmental inspections.
• Ensures the efficiency of inspections through hands-on guidance
• Ensures data integrity and accuracy
• Prepares reports on the results of quality inspections
• monitors materials & service providers by evaluation, and appraisals & to meet company quality standards for co-packing services also.
• Monitors and audits the quality-related activities set forth in the Quality Plans to confirm that products or services provided are in accordance with the company requirements.
• Periodically conducts detailed audits to assess the level of compliance with the QA systems, procedures, and related quality activities.
• Supports implementation of appropriate corrective action to quality issues.
• Requires the ability to communicate clearly, and interface effectively with a diverse group of professionals.
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
• Minimum 3 years experience in quality – Canning industry
• At least ISO 22000 certified internal auditor/lead auditor
• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field.
• Proficient in Arabic & English language - reading & writing
