About the Client: 

A leading architectural design company based in Dubai, recognized for creating high-end luxury villa development.

Job Description: 

- Lead multiple projects planning (budget, timetable, resources), coordinate all phases of project development, including planning, design, and construction. 

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- project documentation and deliverables to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

- Develop comprehensive documents, including project specifications, drawings, and the BOQ.

- Participate in site meetings and provide regular updates to clients on project progress

Skills

Qualifications:

- Male, 45 years old and below

- Bachelor’s Degree Civil Engineering or in any related field and MBA is an added advantage

- Atleast 10 years total experience in Construction Project or High-End Luxury Villas and knowledgeable in FIDIC

- Must have UAE driving license and own car 

- Must be Proficient in using MS office and Primavera
