Administration responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Renewals/Applications for business operational services (Trade License, Lease agreements, Car license renewals, DU/Etisalat subscriptions etc.)
- Basic HR (Visa applications/cancellations, arrange interviews for new vacancies)
- Attend and minute management meetings
- Business asset management
- Interact and support logistics processes
Finance responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee daily financial activities
- Bookkeeping (Quickbooks, Tally etc)
- VAT filing
- Linking CRM to financial records
- Staff related financial support ( payroll, commissions etc.)
- Monthly financial reports for CEO review
