Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote PRODO’s services, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and client engagement.

Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility by attending industry events, networking, and representing PRODO at key engagements.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

Proposal Writing: Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations to secure new business and renew existing contracts.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the staffing industry.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
