We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive with expertise in renewable energy solutions, including solar panels, inverters, and installation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the sales and business development of renewable energy products, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility for sales operations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic sales plans for the board on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle customer satisfaction.
- Manage a CRM database for clients and contacts.
- Oversee and track demo units and ensure their proper management.
- Travel as needed to meet sales objectives.
- Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Assist the administrative team to support sales activities.
- Report sales and payments to the finance department.
- Propose customer solutions by integrating products to meet their needs.
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies is essential.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, with renewable energy knowledge.
- Experience in UAE/GCC/Africa/CIS markets.
- MENA region sales experience preferred.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
- Open to travel throughout the MENA region for business development purposes.
