  • We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at our business center in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for renting out office spaces to potential clients. Leads will be provided, and the successful candidate will be expected to manage these leads, convert them into sales, and build strong relationships with prospective tenants. A competitive commission structure is offered for each office rented, in addition to a base salary.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, leasing, or property management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai office rental market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English; and one other language (Arabic or Russian) are an advantage.
