PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier talent to meet the company's staffing needs and drive organizational success. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring requirements, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and building a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various channels (online job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to proactively source and attract qualified candidates.
Create compelling job postings and advertisements to promote open positions.
Develop and maintain talent pools and passive candidate networks.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to job offer and onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
Advise hiring managers on best practices for candidate evaluation and selection.
Facilitate interview debriefs and provide valuable feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
Employer Branding and Talent Engagement: Promote the company's employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
Engage with candidates and maintain ongoing communication during the recruitment process.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other employer branding activities.
Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular recruitment reports for HR management and hiring teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition role.
Strong knowledge of modern recruiting techniques and best practices.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Microsoft 365 Dynamics) and HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting recruitment goals.
High level of adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
