Brief

  • Main Focus is to create the leads and general the sales thru channels distributions of our company's products.
  • Participate in Setting up the business in UAE in all areas such as ( admin- legal- logistics – operation within the company points of sales and locations) and managing the overall operations in the company such as (freight, logistics, deliveries, sales, procurement activities and supporting other related business units). You will act as a partner with the company Head of departments to provide guidance about the operations and sales activities by facilitating some training; providing positive and constructive feedback, and the appropriate level of coaching required. You will also ensure the efficient and effective operational and sales performance of businesses, managing projects and driving communication . You will contribute to achieving operational excellence, sales performance, and great customer experience and process integration.

Job description

  • Main Focus is to create the leads and general the sales thru channels distributions of our company's products.
  • Creating and implementing the operational strategies, Business Plan, Layout of sale plans and best practices across the company points of sales and platforms.
  • Product procurement and brand management.
  • Standardize points of sales processes, equipment sourcing and general guidelines.
  • Manage and control all sales staff, production, purchasing and distribution employees to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry their responsibilities to the required standards.
  • Manage the communications with Malls and locations managements and decisions makers.
  • Conducts continuous sales and inventory analysis.
  • Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the necessary sales, production, purchasing and distribution functions achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and control the budget for the Operations and sales Department to ensure that the department has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters.
  • Involved in financial planning, forecasting and budgeting and you will ensure all the designated stores will meet or exceed the given targets and KPIs.
  • Evaluate sales operations in the company working scope on a regular basis and make process improvement or simplification recommendations to reduce workload for the stores/shops and ensure standards are maintained.
  • Build a good reputation and loyal customer base for ADE brand in the Market.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Provide solutions that address performance issues.
  • Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied clienteles'
  • Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve financial goals.
  • Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations.
  • Participate in Recruitment and manage the required related staff training
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and you will be involved in opening of the new stores within the region.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the warehousing & distribution function for the business, ensuring an effective & efficient operation, that service levels are met or exceeded & that all activities are carried out within the financial budgets agreed with the management.
  • Manage internal communication, being a reference point for all personnel operations.
  • Collaborate with various supporting teams such as (Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Logistics and other work related team members) and vendors for managing online and offline retail and whole sales operations processes such as stores/shops renovation, store relocation and new store openings and assist in the set up of store/shops operations.
  • Develop Business Growth.
  • Set the Operational and Sales KPIs and consistently reach and aim to exceed all KPIs.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly sales report for offline and online stores such as ( best sold items, unsold items, sales by number, sales price, comparison reports)

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, Marketing, retail and Operations Management or equivalent, MBA is preferred.
  • Significant experience in the industry

  • Minimum 13 years in retail, wholesale and online business operations management.
  • Previous operations experience in sales of online and offline retail and wholesale
