Job Summary: The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support when needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifying the vehicles’ condition before the branding process begins, also monitoring and verifying the correct implementation of vehicles branding.
  • Responsible for securing necessary RTA permits for projects.
  • Responsible for overseeing the issuance of inventory items. And coordinates the allocation of inventory supplies.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings, including logistics and material preparation.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed to assist with decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.


Skills

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

. 1 - 2 years of experience

. inventory experience is a plus

·      Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·      Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·      Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
