Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions in the real estate industry.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify their staffing needs, provide guidance on hiring practices, and facilitate the interview and selection process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as a brand ambassador for our company.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 1 year+ of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
