Job Description
Works as a part of Customer Service team, creates an maintains Orders in SAP, and runs respective communications with supply chain, customers, sales, vendors:
- Past due element clean up in SAP
- Requested Delivery Date regular updates in SAP
- Order entry in SAP and CRM for non-complex orders.
- Sharing the POD + Final Commercial invoices with customer to ensure on-time payment.
