- Gathering and interpreting customer experience information to help develop strategies and action plans.
- Conduct in-depth customer journey mapping exercises to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create engaging reports and presentations.
- Facilitate collaborative workshops and visualise topics, ensuring a shared understanding among stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a collaborative working style while also being capable of taking ownership of projects and working independently.
- Show enthusiasm for continuous improvement and remain proactive in seeking opportunities.
Requirements:
The role's requirements listed below are the basic ones needed to operate on a day-to-day basis:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Mac equivalents.
- Experience using Miro/Mural for mapping and collaboration purposes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CleverTap, and PowerBI for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and recommendations.
- Solid understanding of product and experience design principles.
- Fluency in Arabic is considered a plus, as it enables effective communication with Arabic-speaking customers and colleagues.
