As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Your duties will include:
- Managing and motivating a team of skilled beauty & nail technicians
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Ensuring the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Overseeing inventory management and product procurement
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Analyzing salon performance and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beauty/Nail Salon Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in inventory management and retail software
