We are looking for Data Entry Clerical Staff to manage day-to-day office tasks in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should be computer literate with excellent communication skills, ready to support administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry tasks, including entering and updating records in databases
Manage daily office activities such as filing, sorting, and organizing documents
Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and maintaining office databases
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other clerical duties as needed
Assist with scheduling meetings and organizing appointments
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations
Maintain a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents
Monitor office supplies and inform management when restocking is required
Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:

Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
Good typing speed and familiarity with office equipment
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced office environment
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus but not required
