This role is designed for an individual with deep expertise in managing personal and institutional trusts and a proven ability to work with high-net-worth individuals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer a diverse portfolio of personal and institutional trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients, offering tailored trust solutions to meet their financial and estate planning goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as a trusted advisor on complex fiduciary matters.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of trust documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Utilize trust accounting systems to manage client portfolios and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve complex trust issues and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor and ensure the proper management and investment of trust assets.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • 10+ years of experience in institutional and personal trust administration.
  • Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Trust Accounting Systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work comfortably with high-net-worth individuals and manage complex client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and resolve complex fiduciary issues.
