Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and service quality.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
Fleet Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and management of the luxury vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate with vendors for vehicle servicing, repairs, and upgrades.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise operational staff, including drivers and customer service representatives.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging professional growth and teamwork.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Financial Management:
- Monitor budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and recommend improvements.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Implement safety protocols for staff and customers, ensuring a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the luxury service or transportation industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
