  • Key responsibilities:
  • To be able to work independently in generating new business leads and building relationships with prospective clients.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Create awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales.
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products to potential clients to develop sales in new territories.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Good knowledge and experience of all stages of the sales cycle, responding to RFP's, Tender's, etc. managing the sales pipeline.
  • Deliver innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet the client's business needs.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Familiarizing with the services offered by trip support companies.
  • To work closely with the Commercial and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
  • Updating the database and being able to obtain new business leads and new clients.


Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Aviation) from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service/Sales (preferred in Aviation/Travel industry/Air Freight/Cargo) is Mandatory.
  • Specific/ Technical Skills: Bilingual
  • Fluent in English professional competence in reading/listening/writing/speaking
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge in CRM software is an added advantage.
