Our client is a leading corporate consultancy based in Dubai, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation. They are seeking a talented Finance Executive to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Accounting Oversight: Manage accounting records, ensure compliance with local regulations, and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability.
• Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely completion of all audit requirements.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for tax filings.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in the UAE.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
