We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Van Salesman to join our Team. Specializing in the Distribution of FMCG products. The Van Salesman will be responsible for Driving a Sales van, Managing Stock, Building relationships and maximizing Sales.
Sales & Distribution:
- Deliver FMCG Products to Retailers & Restaurants
- Achieve the Monthly / Quarterly Targets
Customer Service:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues regarding product delivery, quality or Pricing.
Stock Management:
- Load and Unload stock from Van
- Maintain proper stock levels in the van and ensure products are well organized.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and records of transactions.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market conditions to the sales team.
Cash Handling:
- Collect payments from customers and issue receipts.
- Ensure the accurate handling of cash and timely submission to the company.
Skills
- Min 2 or 3 years of proven experience as a Van Salesman or in similar role, preferably in FMCG Products
- Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic Arithmetic skills for handling cash and stock management.
- Physically fit to load / un load stock and operate the vehicle.
- Prior Experience in the FMCG Sector.
- Familiarity with the local area and market dynamics in Dubai & Sharjah
