The role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
· Responsible for sales and leasing availability lists and prices, updating the listings on portals and database accordingly.
· Publish and Promote Property listing on various online channels such as (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and refreshing twice a day.
-Arabic / English speaking and writing
-Minimum 1 years of experience at least in Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market
-Making calls to generate leads and availability
-Contacting landlords and owners of the properties of assigned areas to determine availabilities
-Assisting the agents in closing the deals and arranging to view etc
-Preparing offers agreements
-Maintain constant communication with sellers to provide updates on the status of the property, and any changes in the market.
· Must be proficient in MS Office especially excel sheet, word etc.
· Should be flexible to multi-task and adapt to ever changing business need
-Abide by the company code of conduct by appearing formal, elegant, and professional all the time.
