Position: Office Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to help with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will provide support to our office by handling clerical duties, maintaining organization, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records (both physical and electronic).
Assist in data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and scheduling appointments.
Support other administrative tasks as required by the office team.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A positive and professional attitude.
