Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage inbound and outbound calls and chats in a timely manner.
- Identify client needs / concerns, clarify information, and provide solutions.
- Take advantage of opportunities to upsell services.
- Manage customer bookings; always provide top-notch customer service.
- Achieve monthly KPIs and targets.

Skills
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and WhatsApp) with a customer service attitude.
- The ability to stay focused, review work, and share only accurate details with guests.
- Microsoft office knowledge (teams, excel, word).
