People Lead - Rider Ops

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate medical, visa, and driving license processes for rider onboarding.
  • Manage a team of 200 riders, providing day-to-day guidance and support.
  • Address rider inquiries, particularly around payouts and compensation issues.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards, maintaining accurate records.
  • Gather feedback from riders and implement improvements in management processes

Skills

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in people management or operations, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
