Transworld Business Advisors of GCC, a leader in business advisory services, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin to support our team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, and managing schedules.
  • Prepare and maintain business documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Maintain and update client databases and Business listings.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, and appointments for agents.
  • Assist in responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online listings.
  • Manage social media accounts and website content to ensure up-to-date and engaging business listings.
  • Coordinate and support marketing events and open houses.
  • Assist with the preparation and tracking of financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Manage billing processes and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Ensure all business transactions comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and documentation.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
  • Support the overall office environment to ensure a professional and efficient workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience..
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
