We are an UAE business development company, specialized in commercial intermediation and technical support with the aim to develop business relationship between clients and EPC contractors. We are looking for a reliable and resourceful professional to provide administrative and commercial support in the recent opened branch in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should be a proactive and motivated person, with effective communication skills since she/ he will be responsible for promoting and participating in the development of business in the local area.
We handle projects mainly related to the Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power and Renewable industries. So, a good knowledge of the field would be highly appreciated.
Main tasks
-Provide administrative assistance for the daily operation and transactions of the company
-Keep the company book well organized and keep the relationship with the auditor
-Provide commercial support and assistance to a wide range of international manufacturer to sell their products to the contractors established in the local area and in the Middle East
-Meet contractors / end users on regular basis to establish good relationship and improve the reputation by providing adequate support
-Develop of business relations and business affairs
-Represent and promote our clients to local contractors / end users, arranging & attending meetings, negotiations in general
-Provide commercial support during every stage of the negotiation with the contractors and throughout the duration of the contracts
Working hours: full-time

Skills
Main requirements
-Secondary school diploma (commercial or mechanics sector) or/ and Degree in engineering
-Minimum knowledge or experience in the Oil& gas field (preferably in the commercial or engineering area)
-Working knowledge of English (level C)
-Availability to travel on Arab Emirates territory and abroad
-Residence in the Arab Emirates, preferably in Abu Dhabi
