-Supervise & Coordinate all Export Logistics activities, including shipping, documentation, customs clearance, and related processes.
-Ensure compliance with all export regulations, including trade compliance, customs procedures, and international shipping requirements.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, government agencies, and other relevant parties.
- Handle negotiations and management of letters of credits, subsidies, and other financial aspects related to export logistics.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, production, finance, and warehouse, to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize costs and improve delivery performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with product standards and specifications.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to export logistics activities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and propose process improvements accordingly.
