Position: Operation Executive
Location: Dubai
Department: Corporate Services - Business Set-Up
Reports to: Team Leader
Objective
Manage visa, license activities, and client operations to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Drive team performance to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with PROs, HR Executives, and messengers.
- Ensure zero operational and compliance failures.
- Handle escalations, meet SLAs, and drive high CSAT scores.
- Streamline processes and innovate for operational efficiency.
- Oversee document movement and supply chain of physical documents.
- Maintain 100% compliance on document handling.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors for smooth service delivery.
- Manage client queries, visits, and governance meetings.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of PRO services or HR ops experience (UAE preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- IT proficient (MS Office).
- Business Set-Up background is must
